  Services to the community include:

  • Monthly accounting statements and disbursements.
  • Yearly accounting statements and scheduled annual budget meeting with HOA board.
  • Periodic property inspections.
  • Letters of Notification to property owners in violation of community regulations.
  • Supervise legal actions for violations and non-payment of communty dues.
  • Supervision of maintenance and service vendors using designated companies for the community.
  • Meet on a scheduled basis with Eastridge homeowner community board members.
  • Minute and post scheduled board meetings.

The Eastridge community is comprised of 148 single family homes of varying size. The property includes a community pool with restroom facilities. All community common areas are maintained by the property management company through appointed vendors.

Eastridge has a small group of volunteer board members elected at large from the community. Annual meeting notices are sent to each home owner for the purposes of electing new board members when their term expires. Proxy votes can be cast at this meeting by advance designation, if the homeowner notifies in accordance with the rules of the community. No compensation is received by Eastridge board members from the community dues paid by each homeowner.
