Eastridge Community Information

Eastridge sub-division is a managed deed restricted community.
The Eastridge community is comprised of 148 single family homes of varying size. Homeowner association dues are paid on a quarterly basis and must be received by the property management company no later than the 30th of the first month of each quarter.
Dues are considered late if not received by this date no matter when you mailed them. The property management company collects and disburses these funds to pay for community obligations. This schedule is repetitive each year and before the next year begins, each home is mailed a schedule and dues statement for payments. For convenience the schedule is as follows:
January 1st - April 1st - July 1st - October 1st.
Eastridge has a small group of volunteer board members elected at large from the community. Eastridge board members work in cooperation with the property management company for the purposes outlined by Florida Statutes Title XL
Chapter 720.301 . This authority includes the power to levy and collect assessments for routine and periodic major maintenance and operation of street lighting, drainage, sidewalks, and pavement in the subdivision and communication to each of the homeowners when the need arises through letters.
Homeowners that want to keep the community in good condition, maintain market value of their home, and also wish to continue to maintain low quarterly dues, can help keep these costs to a minimum by reducing litter, reporting property crime and complying with community rules so that notification letters are kept to a minimum.
Homeowners are required to send their quarterly dues to arrive before the 30th of the month. Failure to arrive by the 30th is the responsibility of the homeowner, not the property management company.
